॥ About us ॥
From the village to the nation, a resolve to serve
Dear ward panches and councillors,You are the strongest link in our democracy. It is ward panches and councillors who open a direct line between the people and the government. Yet despite your tireless effort and spirit of public service, administrative hurdles and the limited enforcement of your rights often leave you overlooked.
The aim of Rashtriya Panch Sangh Morcha:To unite ward panches and councillors across the country and fight for their rights, their respect and their empowerment.
Unity
Every caste, faith and class together
Service
Selfless help for everyone in need
Integrity
Transparent and accountable work

॥ Our demands ॥
Our resolve and main demands
Fair salary and pension
Just as MLAs and MPs receive a salary and, after their term, a pension, ward panches and councillors should also receive a fair salary and a lifelong pension.
Free travel
During their term, every ward panch and councillor should get a free travel pass on state road transport corporation buses.
Health cover
A special medical card should be issued to representatives, giving free or cashless treatment at government and private hospitals in the state.
Education and self-employment support
Representatives’ children should receive special help with their education, and job and self-employment opportunities once they finish higher education.
A real say in development
Representatives should not just be people who won an election. They must have an effective part in decisions about their area’s development.
Administrative support and authority
Administrative support, transparency and authority must be ensured when carrying out development work, so that every ward can develop properly.
Protecting rights
We will work with the administration, and fight where needed, to make sure the rights the Constitution and the law give representatives are applied on the ground.
Justice and support
If a ward representative faces administrative obstacles or harassment while carrying out development work, the organisation will give legal support.
